ScriptWrite Update - Version 2.2.4

Our latest update 2.2.4 has just been released.

In this update we added a warning pop-up when using the HW/SW buttons.

This will eliminate having the ScriptWrite Toolbar disappear and not being able to get it back!

HW/SW Buttons / Toolbar Disappearing Issue Resolution

Edit: 6/11/11 - The new Update 2.2.4 resolves this issue.

Hello Everyone,

Sorry for the inconvenience with this HW/SW button issue.

These buttons are used when you are utilizing the bluetooth keyboard. They only work when you have the bluetooth keyboard attached to the iPad. if you don't have the bluetooth keyboard attached, and you press these buttons, the ScriptWrite Toolbar disappears.

The only way to get it back, at the moment is:

1) Close ScriptWrite
2) Open your multi-task toolbar (double click the home button)
3) Touch and Hold the ScriptWrite icon. The icons will begin to wiggle
4) Touch the red 'minus' sign on the ScriptWrite icon to close it completely
5) Click the home button again
6) Open ScriptWrite

When you go back in, the toolbar will be back.

WE HAVE SUBMITTED AN UPDATE TO ADDRESS THIS ISSUE. It should only be a few days until that update is available.

We fixed the "Pencil" issue on the iPad version.
